I just did some research on this and find that this is all a hoax of a sort. Dr. Semir Osmanagich, as I read wants to be the Bosnian Indiana Jones, at the expense of all of us. Real researcher have been there and have proved his to have faked most all of this. It's a natural formation. This all came out in 06, and is still running around the web. It sure sounded good but after a little research I found out the truth. He owns, or did own a metal shop in Houston. Shame....

I hate when folks like that play on our belief's. There is a lot of folks that still think this is the real deal. I googled his name and found a lot of stuff on him. But since it's all over the net that it's real, you have to weed out that bull. He is just trying to get money from people that haven't researched his bull crap, to "Excavate the Site". I've got this one in the ol' Stanton Friedman "Grey Basket" because the people denouncing Dr. Osmanagic aren't producing any more proof than he is producing--and whenever old Archeologists want somebody else shut down and/or hooted out of town I ask myself "cui bono?" who benefits? Some of the criticisms are valid some are just cheap shots invoking the "giggle factor" to dismiss the guy. Red flags to me. Why not let the guy make his case? Major publications have given the story a look and a fair shot so I can hold off for a while until I know more.

Dr. Robert Schoch, who appears on the Ancient Aliens series was asked to come over there and weigh in. That was in 06 it looks like. He is one that has said it is not was Dr. Osmanagic has said it is. You would think Schoch would jump on it with his background from the series. You would think after all these years it would have been proved as fact or not. I would think that if it was fact that Bosnia would have yelled to the world about it. That is why I'm leaning twords the NOT side. More time will tell I guess. Would be cool if it was real.

There is always the mid ground. Early man was very good at taking natural formations and altering them or building at their bases to create sacred sites. Yonaguni may be another one. The rock formations there exist in other places in that area but that site shows evidence of alterations. If I would weigh in on what is happening I think that is where I am currently finding myself. I have no doubt early man was more sophisticated than currently accepted in official circles and that their skills would surprise us. We have an over inflated opinion, generally, of our development.

It's not some Gobekli Teki site, in my hunble opinion, unless they get in to the center and find a tomb or temple at the base. Have any burials been found ?

I'm not convinced at all by his claims. I think you have to take a Miss Marple worldview, in your village/ local community do you know someone would make this kind of gumph up and try and fleece people for it. I do. Happened to my dad working on an archeological site, some guy pretended to be far more qualified than he actually was, genuine artifacts went missing, it took ages to get rid of him because he was a slippered tongued toad. Caused my dad a massive amount of grief from people who didnt believe him.
The Internet is a big place, and the world has plently of con artists some prehaps just delusional.
I had a look at the pyramid yearly report. There are stones listed as technology. It looks like the whole mountain is a pile of glacial scree. Hence the smooth stones. Some of the more interesting stones he has coloured in the fissures or cracks with felt tip pen and claimed they are runes of some kind. Yet they appear too random and lack any kind of consistency. Nothing he has found looks convincingly made by anything other than natural weathering.
My personal belief either the guy is a complete fraud or highly delusional.
