Hal Puthoff is or certainly was one the Safire Project founding members, I believe he is still involved.
It's intereresting that Aureon is dealing with radioactive waste, many years back Mitubishi Heavy Industies into treating radioactive byproducts they did some LENR/cold fusion investigations as LENR experiments also regualarly seemed to transmute metals.
Technology is probably linked but the plasma work the Safire team are doing looks very promising they certainly seem to have got some new investment
