I don't live in that city, but I do read their newspaper on a regular basis (http://www.fresnobee.com/), and watch their local news programs (www.ksee24.com and www.abc30.com).

Nothing was reported that I'm aware of.....

I am leaning toward large plane, simply because of the flashing light at the wing tip.
