"heavy chance: nuclear crime"

Okay, so I'm not a blogger or anything but I'll just jot this down here as it's nice to have something like this publicly timestamped for future reference and why not do it here if I'm already registered.
This was a dream I had this morning; it's more like the latter part / final part of the dream that I actually remember. I, as a disembodied viewpoint, float above a city that looks like one certain district of Tokyo, in daytime. Over this backdrop appears an article on a nonexistent website that I'm reading and as I read it, it is slowly scrolling down. It is a "prediction" that the author synthesized from several historical "prophecies". It says that in the coming years, around 2016, there will be "a period of tribulation" which will result in the destruction of the Internet. The article says that there are three possible scenarios of what the "tribulation" will result in:
- "Partial disruption of the service chain"
- Total destruction of the internet
- Nothing will happen
The article says that the third possibility is not desired because "though it sounds trite, it is God's will and firmly in His interest that the internet be cleansed". (Oops, I guess that means no more funny cat pictures and free porn) It also advises that, to be safe during this period, you should use Windows Vista because of its protection against malware and its resilient security features. (Wait, what?)
While I'm reading, I simultaneously hear music. It is metal, with a robotic voice singing over it. Of the stanza I hear from the lyrics, I can't remember the first and third lines. The second line is "We're living on the new world dime", and a few moments after I awoke, it morphed into "We're living, all, the new world lie". By morphed I mean that when I tried to recall it, the memory itself changed; like you look at a page, look away, then you look at it a few moments later and you find the text is completely different from what you saw previously. You know it was different but cannot remember what it was like.
Now, the fourth line is more interesting: "Heavy chance: nuclear crime". This is the only reason I'm writing this down as the rest of this dream is just typical amusing nonsense. I keep a dream journal but never had any prophetic dreams, maybe this will be one? (Probably not but who knows.) Though as an aside, I did have one (and only one) dream that predicted the future (I dreamt it about 10 years before the event itself) but that was nothing big, only a personal event.
As for "nuclear crime", what come to mind are: a dirty bomb attack on a major city (which is what I immediately associated it with), straight out nuking a city, or an attack against a nuclear power plant. It could also mean something more "minor" like the theft of nuclear warheads, launch codes or enriched uranium, etc.
