This is my first post. I don’t normally post or blog much, but read everything that is posted daily, and I’ve been learning a lot for many years now. I am writing to get your ideas on the current situation with the space observation system in Tomsk, Siberia? This system has been down since 1100hrs (UTC) +7 on 6th September 2022? This is an unusually long period for the system to be offline? Wondering if anyone has heard what is happening? Much appreciated 😊
