Once again Algire is talking cr-p.
He wants to link the Supreme Court to the Freemasons by linking it to Roman and Greek building styles, and seems to be completely oblivious to the fact that the Masonic teachings have far more to do with gnosticism and Egypt than with Rome and Greece.
The Supreme Court, which was built between 1929 and 1935 only, is built in a neoclassical style to fit with the rest of the building on Capitol Hill.
Most of the government buildings on Capitol Hill were built in that neoclassical style because it was the style that was used at the time.
Add to that the fact that the idea of a democratic republic based on the Roman model was an inspiration for the US.
So, using that style was the thing to do at the time, and fit with their views on top of it. That is where that comes from.
In other words, the actual building style of the Supreme Court has nothing to do with the Freemasons.
The whole layout of Washington DC itself on the other hand in all likelihood was Masonic in nature, but uses Egyptian patterns, not Roman or Greek.
