Thread: Climate Change why are we still even debating it?

    Quotes from article:

PFAS, which stands for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, are a group of thousands of chemicals that have been used to make a variety of nonstick and waterproof products and firefighting foam.
Exposure to these so-called forever chemicals has been linked to increased risks of prostate, kidney and testicular cancers, weakened immune systems, high cholesterol, and developmental issues in children.

Cherry picking is taking the one climate scientist who believes it's all about cloud cover and claiming he's the only one who is right!
I've know idea who this guy is but he doesn't seem like a scientist and I also don't think climate scientist deny that the solar wind interacting with the magnetosphere doesn't effect the weather.
It's a fact the CO2 levels have risen dramitically since we started burning fossil fuels. The answer is simple stop burning fossil fuel as quickly as possible.

Even if there were NO humans on Earth ... The Climate will always change due to Solar Activity (?11 year Cyclical Highs & Lows), study what "Space Weather" really is and how it affects not only our Earth but also ALL planets in our solar-system.

Cyclical changes of the Earth Climate happens for millions of years, and we had even much higher CO2 PPMs (parts per million) that generated much more GREENING on the whole planet!

A single hail storm in Damon, Texas, renders thousands of acres of solar panels completely useless?leaching toxic materials like lead and cadmium into the soil.

Do you think it's a good idea to make ourselves dependent on expensive energy infrastructure that can be reduced to a pile of toxic waste by bad weather?

Extreme weather is something we experienced here on average once every 20 years.

And now, we have had 5 natural disasters, 4 floods and 1 tornado, in the last 5 years alone.

On June 3rd, we were hit by a tornado.

That's true but periods of climate change rarely happen this quickly and when they do that leads to mass extinctions. When temperatures get much higher whole areas of the planet will become uninhabitable for humans, maybe that will limit the amount of damage we can do but it's doubtful, some plants won't care yes they will just grow faster where they can get rain.
Solar panels aren't perfect but let's not forget Exxon Valdez etc and if anyone claims cars aren't so bad for the enviroment, turn your car engine on in the garage and get outside the car see how long you last. You're in blissful ignorance when you're driving down a motorway/freeway but it pretty obvious if you have your head stuck in some exhaust fumes.

We already have a massively expensive energy infrastructure built up around fossil fuels, the mining, the extraction, the shipping, the processing then the infrasture to deliver electricity.
I don't think just wind and solar are the complete answer but if they stop the world warming at an alarming rate until something better comes along they are the best option IMO.

What we need is the free energy technology from downed craft which they may or may not have cracked

I had read that. Glacier melts, causes massive landslide, which resulted in a 650 foot tsunami that caused a nine day hum / tremble.
