Ed, I can't answer any of the questions you raise. I am pretty sure the members and readers find your story and particularly its revelations of the secret world to be interesting. However, this argument about the efforts to discredit you has become tedious, endlessly repetitious, and in spite of our well-intentioned invitation to you to make use of the space and your good intentions, the argument has become a constant moderation problem for the staff here. There are constant accusations which turn the OutPost Forum into some sort of court room which cannot ever come to a satisfying conclusion. Please take the argument somewhere; to email, private messages, anywhere but The OutPost. I'm sure this is very important to you but to by-standers and to us, it is an un-winnable, never-ending rehash of facts only interesting to you combatants. The argument either bends our few rules, goes over the line in some way or threatens to do so with its constant revelation of personal information about individuals' private matters. It no longer looks as if there is any way to keep this discussion on the content of your experience and away from the accusations and counter-chargers. Please take action to resolve this matter on your terms before we have to do it on our terms. Thank you.

I'm the only 'Discloser' who has shown hundreds of documents. Documents that show my extremely outstanding military service. The highest ratings for over 20+ years. My many medals that any high ranking Officer or NCO would be very proud of. I've been attacked by persons who have never been in the military, persons who have no careers, persons who have felony arrests, persons who live off of their families. Put yourself in my place. I risked my life, pension, and family by coming out and 'Disclosing.' Which I now regret!

Other that four persons, the attackers, I've been treated very well and FAIR on this forum, and most of the staff and members. Doc, what do you define 'personal honor,' 'serving your country,' 'integrity.' Do you mean to tell me if someone attacked your honor, or posted you were having an affair on your wife, or that you never served in the military for 20+ years, or that all your records were photoshopped, that you wouldn't defend yourself, and be a little 'testy' at the same time???

I know and respect your job as a moderator/admin, and I respect that. I and Spacemaverick played those roles on the now defunct Alienscientist Forum (Jeremy Rys).
Jeremy says I took down his 'Alienscientist' Forum. BS! Ask Spacemaverick, he and I worked hours EVERY DAY for a year trying to block and delete the spammers and trolls.
However we failed as we did not know one of our Admin was a government troll. I had over 4,000 posts, Jeremy Rys had less than 40.

How could I be attacking his forum when I gladly posted many posts every day along with Dan (Bigpappy51) and Spacemaverick?

So spell out to me how, why, and the reasons I can defend myself. Still on The OutPost forum are many libel/slanderous attacks on me.
One or two examples is David Hilton posting a third party attack on me written by a former employee named Mark Woodson.

Mark Woodson was banned a couple of years ago by the OutPost forum. So why is his slander/libel allowed to be posted third party

Doc, I respect your duties and your rules, but I think you're trying to kill the messenger at times.

If you know your history, Dan B (Bigpappy 51), Jeremy Rys (Alienscientist), and I were great and supporting friends.
Then David Hilton (who uses his own name) came out of nowhere and attached himself to us three.
In short order he became the only active ADMIN.

Ed, I knew when I posted that would not be the end of the discussion, so I am happy to continue. First, it is based on our past association with you, BigPappy51 and Alienscientist that would like to see you able to continue here, if we are able to get this situation on track. You make excellent arguments for defending yourself, no one could stand by and not respond. The problem for us is the personal attacks, slander (real and alleged) and moreover, the never-ending rehashing of past events. When i wrote, my goal was to have you, the principals in the matter, come up with a way to stop the arguing over who did what to whom back when--and move forward. The more it is your plan, the better I like it. If you set some parameters for yourselves to stay within then it won't be such a moderation headache and liability for The OutPost. Also, I/we are not happy to learn that we may have erred in letting someone post something here that we would not have allowed--but it illustrates the nature of the moderation problems all of this is causing

For example I would make two suggestions for starting points for you all to get this under control, based on the idea that very lengthy discussion and argument has produced no resolution.

1) Pick a significant date in the progress of these events and leave interpersonal events from before that date off these threads.

2) You are also probably going to have to agree to disagree about some things and don't brings those things here.

See if those ideas are workable and let me know what you think. Any ideas you may have are also welcome.

I know there was a time when it was believed Ed was never in The Air Force and the fact that a video was floating around of Ed and David when they were friends. And that video contained conversations where David was blocked by The Pentagon to gain access to Edgar Fouches FOIA The video is gone so I cant refer back to it so I may be wrong. Now that he has got a FOIA from the National Archives several years later Ed was definitely in The Air Force and retired from the AF..

Now does Eds FOIA seem odd that it is 7 pages for a man who spent 20 years in the Air Force?? Seven pages of material?? This reminds me of when Stanton friedman would get an incident report on a possible UFO crash and everything but a few words are blackened out. Did it take several years to get Eds FOIA because someone had to edit what was given to the public ??

Does this prove the TR3B exists no but there is a ton of evidence that suggests a massive triangle exists and I don't think anyone will dispute that fact the question is what is that triangle. Im not on here to get into another argument that last one was it for me. No Name calling or no bull.... The problem between David and Ed probably will always be there. Moving forward sounds good as some have stated this is very nerve racking to say the least.

So with moving forward we now know Ed was in the Air Force for 20 years and his 1st year which I have written on here matches exactly what he had told me before 100 times. So now what does everyone on here believe that a 20 Year career in The Air Force be 7 pages in which some pages are just a paragraph?? I dont think so. Certainly I know they don't go into every assignment one would have but the fact is there is a ton of missing time and material why ?? I would say that is moving forward Im not to get myself into an argument with Ed or David over this. If one more argument takes place I take down my Facebook and quit every forum I'm on.

There is an absolutely scary side to Eds book and the connections to the book. I don't feel comfortable talking about in public look for yourself connect the dots its pretty easy. Im certainly not the smartest individual around but I am very street smart. I am also very intuitive very much so.I don't think Ed had a clue of who he was involved with when he wrote Alien Rapture it was in the mid 1990s. Back then I had no clue who these people were and many or most of you i would think wouldn't have a clue either. Eds book was controlled it hit me one day while sitting at my desk all at once and I was shocked what came into my mind. Look into who was involved in Eds book why would these people care about a book like Eds if its BS ??

On a more personal note I have had peace for a while not looking at Conspiracy related material and I think I want to keep it this way. As soon as something starts going on like this right here several things happen. My computer is severely attacked by viruses I have health issues and many other issues why ?? I won't speculate what I know is going on. I was also approached by what people may call Men in Black and was intimidated about 4 yrs ago or so and it was about Ed. When Huge individuals approach you and you are a big person yourself to deliver a message of basically Shut my mouth It gets your attention. Now some have told me that Ed paid these individuals to do this to me well thats not possible and thats all Im going to say about that.

Possible New World Order connection and the control Edgar Fouches Novel "Alien Rapture The Chosen" ?

My opinion of Edgar Fouches book was controlled release of information but Ed had no clue this was going on when Ed wrote his book in the mid 1990s. The level of Elites involved and the people that were involved, in every aspect of the production of Eds book makes no sense. Unless one understands these people and the TR3B is real. You must hear and fully understand Ed explain how his book got started about the phone call Ed made to publisher Bob Silverstein (cousin to Larry Silverstein), owner of the 99 year Lease on the World Trade Center's, when the attacks of 9/11 took place.

The way Bob Silverstein and Ed first talked is very strange for a Publisher/Agent unless you are someone who is extremely famous and a publisher will do anything to publish your book because they will make a fortune or.... Well remember the most powerful thing there is besides money is information and Edgar Fouche had information (The TR-3B) that had to be controlled and discredited if needed. Ed was asked to change his middle name for a few reasons. That middle name is Rothschild, and in the mid 90s I had no clue who the richest people in the world were.

The Rothschild family is said to be worth in excess of 100 Trillion Dollars. Certainly Bob Silverstein would had known who the Rothschilds were in New York they are very very famous and Elites and are treated like Royalty in New York. And Bob Silverstein jumped to produce Ed's book and got Brad Steiger involved for those who don't know who brad Steiger is. Please Google him he's a very accomplished author and famous. This was Ed's first book why were these amazing people involved in Ed's book ??

No, there is nothing unusual about it at all. It looks to me like a typical technician that became a supervisor in a maintenance shop to me. Nothing special about his career in any way. Even his citations and awards are not all they are being made out to be here. For example the "Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Leaf" is an award that was given to everyone in Vietnam for pretty much just being in the country during the war. The "Vietnam Service Medal" was again given to everyone in the country for more than 30 days. The "National Defense Service Medal" is given to anyone for not much more than enlisting and finishing basic training. I'm not trying to bash his awards. I'm just saying you need to see them for what they are, and not treat them like they are a Medal of Honor he got for storming Hamburger Hill.

As far as it being only "7 pages," look at the records for Lt. Col. Jacobsen's (17 pages of mostly awards) and Col. Walter's (7 pages) service record.

Let me make this clear, my service was based on exceptional performance and I will address my military service records as posted, and provided by the Department of Defense.
I am extremely proud of every aspect of my service career. I worked my way up through the ranks, and was awarded medals and significant awards almost yearly.

My opponents are those who never served their country in any manner. Those who live off their families or friends and have no jobs or careers of significance.
Whether trolls, or disinformation agents, or just petty people who mock high achievers and their lifelong work, like myself.

My Performance Reports from 1967 until 1987 (USAF Retirement) and afterwards with the DoD and as a Defense contractor, were the highest ratings possible. Almost 30 years
of dedicated and outstanding work and service. Yet these attackers have posted all over the internet that I'm a liar, hoaxer, and looser.

According to my records posted on this forum, I was also a Deputy Superintendant over almost 400 personnel. Over engineers, technicians, logisticians, trainers, DoD contractors, and
military ranks of E-9 and below (Chief Master Sergeants). I'll address a few of my awards which have been said to be average and let you decide for yourselves Edgar Fouche.

Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Device

The Gallantry Cross (Vietnamese: Anh Dũng Bội Tinh) is a military decoration of the former Government of South Vietnam (Republic of Vietnam). Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon

The United States Air Force awards a single ribbon, known as the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, for an expert qualification on either the M-16 rifle, M-4 carbine or the individuals AFSC's (duty Air Force Specialty Code) designated handgun weapon. I was allowed to carry a 45 or 9mm in my duties from 1982 on, including on civilian aircraft. I still have my 9mm service weapon to this day. Unfortunately I no longer have a M-16, ha... Ed


I have many other awards and citations not listed. They are on the back of the DD-214 that I received in 1987 when I retired.
