Evidence of Neanderthal Jewelry Dating Back 130,000 Years

This is quite a find to consider. So called modern thinking which includes adornment has till now not been placed so far back. This dates 80,000 yrs before modern humans. Right, 80,000 yrs.
    that's stunning.

“It's really a stunning discovery. It's one of those things that just
appeared out of the blue. It's so unexpected and it's so startling because
there's just nothing like it until very recent times to find this kind of jewelry.”

White-tailed eagle talons -necklace? - from the Krapina
Neandertal site in present-day Croatia, dating to approximately
130,000 years ago. White arrows point to notches, perhaps from
necklace or bracelet. That would be 80,000 years before the
appearance of modern humans (Homo sapiens sapiens)
    in Europe.

And I always pictured Valentine's Day 128,000BC, as a hairy guy dragging his date off by here hair.
Seems he may have been more tender hearted than I suspected!
