Vast majority of people assume, the United States will do Disclosure of UFOs / Aliens.
However, that may not be the case.
Taking Paul Hellyer's background into account, he is not easily dismissed.

However this guy is still around so doesn't quite fit the bill. Hellyer was also 'Associate Minister of National Defence'
