    Never heard of him before

The following is a link to the research white wash he was asked to do for the CIA
After so many years in the field he is furious with their conclusions. A very interesting read.

Smells of a white wash to me like blue book misdirection for the public
I can't remember who recalled it, but someone involved with the intelligence agencies said something like it all came to a head when an evangelical Christian was put in charge of either the CIA or a US oversight commitee and basically told them to shut it down because it couldn't be real. It may be possible to work the dates out , the research just went black after that.

I believe that for the faults that are listed by May, he believes that there is utility in the remote viewing phenomena and he believes that the CIA did everything to kill the program. The CIA set up May's conclusions in the way it managed the program to allow it to end the program. Another political operation, truth be damned.
