On 3 September 2020, Lillian E. Waters - known here as NY Lily - passed away in an ICU in Manhattan.
She had been a member and moderator at The OutPost forum from its very beginning, and at the Open Minds Forum before that.
Lily was a UFO and abduction researcher, as well as an experiencer. For decades, she also was a MUFON member and field investigator, and for a while was Assistant State Director.
She will be missed.

I am very sorry that I was late to Lily's passing.
You are/were a wonderful person Lily. Those who knew her, theres no way anyone would say differently.
You will be missed. I hope you are exploring amazing and wonderful sights.
