Just when I'm away for a three days, my wife had a night of doomy world-ending in 14 days-dream with wondering about food and me distributing military/hiking-style large backpacks to people, and she hardly ever dreams - and now noticed a neat and clean triangular typical abduction mark! I'm almost jealous, she got to a ride in the questionable company, but sneaky fuckers!

So, still around, also me here now and then. Hope you all are doing fine!

I wanted to tell a [Redacted] story about something that up until recently I was vehemently asked to censor by the NHI *AND* the UT.
I'd like to know why it is among "The Forbidden" subjects. Scowled on by both sides.

Let me tell you a story, that everytime I have written it, I have always been extremely pressured to delete it immediately.
On the NHI side (when they were with me) because it breaks their policy in not meddling with Human affairs when it comes to National Security issues.
On the UT side, it was always immediately brought to my attention that I was expressing myself in a way that may cause or encourage foreign interests to pursue what I described. That I would be held personally responsible if I ever mentioned it publicly again.

It was about a month and a half ago, that out of the blue, I was approached to go ahead (by a UT) and bring it up. I was only told it was okay to share and to characterize it as a lesson against forming treaties with the NHI.
I weighed different way of printing out the story that was actually posited by the NHI a long time ago by exchanges between foreign NHI and NHI directly responsible for me and my activity some 30 years ago.
An interesting story, which back then I was told under different excuses never to relay publicly in front of any audiences.
I decided (due to family issues I am dealing with) to skip the long contrived stories and elaborate conjectures.
I am just going to put out the core elements I think are the most relevant to a common audience while omitting other details.
The forbidden story is about how some clever deals were "perhaps" negotiated between Insiders and the NHI.
A story that involves the [good] UT and how the NHI figured out clever ways to export intelligence information from their own networks unto [allegedly] Human receivers.
I am not going to write out the story verbatim. I am instead going to reformat it to get the most important points forward since I honestly don't have the peace of mind to write anything extensive at the moment.

The forbidden story (among several others) starts off with a meeting between Insiders and the NHI. Negotiating terms and agreements and how the Human elements ended up being swindled.
Insiders who got themselves swindled into giving access and terms that were [allegedly] turned against them.
The story [intentionally vaguely] starts off with a meeting between NHI representatives and Human Factions who want to exploit each other in their own ways.
While crafting an agreement, a topic of interest in the backrooms of the Human Faction came up.
Quietly, they schemed within their group to express knowledge of, and a desire to access the NHI's intelligence gathering apparatus. They were aware the NHI had access to information and were bringing up in secret negotiations terms to gain access to that extended intelligence network and repository from the NHI.
The NHI, responded they would be willing to share that collection information...for a price. They wanted access to the continent(s) population. In return for access to the population, and selective intelligence on foreign nations, they wanted 30,000 to 300,000 thousand individuals among the population whom they could conduct studies and experiments.
This was a side request, the main requests according to the NHI's side of the story was technology exchanges.

Now I should pause there and tell you the parts that the NHI knew but didn't share at the negotiations.
You might want to sit down as you read these forbidden line items and explainers.

The parts of the conversation the Human Factions didn't know when making these negotiations was:
--The NHI actually wanted Humanity to develop and grow the capacity to manufacture basic NHI hardware. This was part of the Agenda many moving parts.
Explainer: The reason why they wanted this from the start in 1918 ~ 1920 was because the NHI would need Humanity to build out the infrastructure and capability for their own future uses when Humanity handed over the keys to the Human kingdom.
It was always a means to an end. They [Human groups] wanted to build it, they [NHI] needed to expedite the creation of their facilities for the NHI in about a 100 years timeframe.
The "gracious" hosts of the NHI found a way to use their own motivations for their own ends.
--The NHI didn't plan to share their intelligence infrastructure with Humanity. Though, they found a clever way to implement a bidding strategy in the agreement that always favored their interests.
Rights and access to men, women and children were offered as a bargaining chip. Though, what the Human factions didn't expect was that the terms were being renegotiated on an ongoing basis. (Year to Year?)
While they (NHI) made promises to keep intelligence as an exclusive deal, they never actually kept their promises.
Instead they negotiated with other foreign [Human] interest under similar terms and with ever growing threats to go to another foreign party.
To keep the pseudo-exclusivity, each year more and more men, women and children needed to be offered up at each renegotiation.
Not realizing that multiple factions were being hustled in the same way and fearing each others reining exclusivity. Trading in human lives became "a quiet" sacrifice that grew with time and each increased demand to keep the pseudo-exclusivity going.
If Party A offered 300,000 humans in 1928, then by 1935 the next negotiation was 700,000.
Party B got a similar deal and they too felt compelled to increase their "quiet" sacrifice to keep gaining access to the NHI and the promises of intelligence sharing and gathering.
If there are 5 parties, you can imagine this increases with every negotiation.
--The truth was that the NHI never intended to keep their targeted numbers. They never disclosed that the number was bogus. What they needed more than anything was sanctioned access from/by Humanity so that the overseeing [good] UT wouldn't stop their activity.
--The intelligence circles when requesting information (according the NHI) were already aware of the UT.
The NHI wanted to share access to their intelligence gathering activity and capability but they had a big problem. (this is a forbidden secret)
--They couldn't actively give Human Groups this information without the [good] UT stopping them.
Though Human Factions knew of the UT problem, they didn't know all the particulars of how to get around this intelligence sharing hurdle until the NHI felt motivated to scheme of a way in which the UT could not effectively prevent sharing of information.
The NHI had to detach and disassociate the specifics of the collected information from the request.
Let me explain,
Though a Human group wanted to know what was happening in a Russian Embassy in a certain foreign nation via the collection activity of the NHI. (or other more exotic targets)
The requester could not ask for the target itself without an UT stopping the process dead in it's tracks.
Instead, the NHI had to make the request incredibly disconnected (Ambiguous) from the resulting payload of information being retrieved.
Instead of an "Embassy in Russia", the idea the NHI came up with these Human Groups was to disassociate the request from the content so the monitoring UT could not intrude in the sharing of information.
The request became a card (or something like a cypher) with a designation. (Red Stallion = Russian Embassy in X Location)
In one conversation, the target could be referred to by a strange moniker (Red Stallion). Then the card (A Specific Russian Embassy) would be associated with this moniker at another timeframe.
When the request came through for a target with a moniker of Red Stallion, the UT would presumably would be watching the NHI and Human sharing activity but would be unlikely to act due to the ambiguity of the request.
--Then, at a later date, the NHI said they requested knowledge on Human PSI development programs. Human Groups were hesitant to reveal the extent of those developments so they [allegedly] revealed what was on the "White" sector.
There was one particular story of a middle aged man who was a schemer himself who knew the various programs within "White Sector" as the NHI called it. (public Human side programs)
Some of the story I don't remember anymore, but from what I do remember one of the NHI said they cooked up the idea to use PSI capable receivers (Remote Viewers) in "White Sector" to drop payloads of data.
Keep in mind, I head about all of this long before I knew there was anything like SRI and PSI programs. It was in the late 80's and early 90's. I lived vicariously through their strange bizarre tales that often sounded like utter BS....at least until I (much later) learned of the actual thing from Human Sourcing. (Which is a very bizarre experience)
Anyway, they [NHI/Human groups] cooked up ways to use PSI programs, unwitting human personnel, and other kinds of receivers (restricted information) to facilitate and disassociate information sharing.
The UT couldn't do much to stop it.
The Receiver often didn't know what the intended target really was.
The Requester was often far removed from the receiver.
Creating a massive loophole that as one UT warned me, was a serious offense on my part to share the loophole publicly. Almost as if encouraging foreign governments who aren't part of the problem to also undergo the same structural design that thwarts UT oversight.
While THE NHI throw a hissy fit each time I recall that conversation that perhaps exposes some incredibly nefarious scheming going on behind closed doors and which probably officially breaks secrecy agreements with interested parties.
Well, having said that, I am all tapped out.
I hope it serves some purpose to someone out there.
Hopefully no foreign turds think of using a similar set up. Dealing with the Proverbial Devil never ends well...
