Concerning disclosure, will alien/EBE/NHI meetings with various governments or world leaders, past or present, be included? Will the alien/EBE/NHI who have done these meetings be disclosed and if so does this mean they will be revealing themselves to all/most of humanity?

At present, it doesn't look like it. There's more money to be gained by focusing on a potential UAP threat.
