Not a cozy campfire story here.

The man being interviewed tells a story that occurred in his teen years in Youngstown, Ohio. The event itself happened in a dilapidated steel mill, in the early 90's I think. The time was between 9pm and 10pm.

Matt and his 3 friends were sitting by a fire outside the abandoned steel mill when they saw a pack of wild dogs go after something unseen.

IMO, this creature sounds a lot like the one reported on the Skin Walker Ranch!

This testimony is highly detailed and very, very convincing. An hour and 50 mins, but entirely worth it.
