Since you have brought up an anomaly, I'll share one that happened two days ago.

I felt/sensed a distinct change in the tempo of time. Very hard to describe, it was like reality dissolved then un-dissolved in a bit less then a second.

Another way to put it, is like you put on someone else's glasses then remove them quickly...!

There does seem to be changes in matter and energy we are in common with.

I felt that also, it was momentary but quite distinct. I have never experienced anything like that before and it was quite confusing.

Thanks for your response, I was a bit worried if it could be a health issue, but it didn't seem like it.

That was my concern as well.

I was putting away some dishes when it happened.

I had music playing and being a percussionist, I (most) always focus on the tempo/beat of a tune when listening.

The 'interruption' was apparent with the absence of the expected downbeat and my first thought was a "brown-out" in our power causing my stereo to malfunction. My vision blurred over (similar to the optometrist switching lenses in those viewing machines asking which is more clear), and I grasped the kitchen counter wondering if this is what the beginning of an aneurism or stroke feels like.

It passed in just a moment and realizing I was OK I was quite puzzled but I had a strong feeling that a "time distortion" had occurred.

I which I had noted the time, it would have been most interesting if it coincided with your experience as well.

Quite interesting, I'd not heard of these before.

My experience seemed quite different, almost like a slowed hiccup in time.
