Possible Large Pyramid Underground Between Mt. McKinley and Nome, Alaska

I wonder if the following information is in any way connected to that information about a possible underground pyramid in Alaska somewhere:

In his 1997 book Remote Viewers, Jim Schnabel told the story of the U.S. Intelligence community’s involvement in the controversial issue of psychic spying that largely began in the early-to-mid 1970s. Commenting on the skills of a talented remote-viewer in relation to matters of a UFO nature, one Pat Price, Schnabel noted Price was of the opinion that “…Alaska’s Mount Hayes, the jewel of a glacial range northeast of Anchorage, housed one of the aliens’ largest bases.”

According to Pat Price, the aliens that lived deep inside Mount Hayes were very human looking, differing only in their heart, lungs, blood, and eyes. Ominously, he added that the aliens use “thought transfer for motor control of us.” Price added: “The site has also been responsible for strange activity and malfunction of U.S. and Soviet space objects.”

Mt. Hayes and Mt. Mckinley are both located in the Alaska Range. All I know is that if Pat Price saw that alien base, then there's a good chance that it in fact does exist because he was known to be the most accurate Remote Viewer out there.

The next site is at Mt. Hayes, Alaska. It appears to be a weather and geological center and has similar security measures to prevent discovery. He described 'computer equipment' and followed leads on an 'oscilloscope' which led to a small box like structure which contained rotational antenna that sat on top of a mountain peak.

The receiver seemed to be part of a detection system.

'If they were discovered,' Price wrote, 'personnel are deployed physically in activity to make sure of failure of that certain project. This site has also been responsible for strange activity and malfunction of US and Soviet space projects.'

Atwater suggested that if a probe was launched over this part of Alaska, that it might be interfered in some way, to prevent detection of the Mt. Hayes base.

'It comes to mind that these 'people' have infiltrated all government in sensitive positions, not to control government, the processes or people, but rather to be in positions of power to stop politically any activity that may produce a result that could cause discovery.'

Here's more information:

In July, 1982, Atwater gave Joe McMoneagle a challenge target of Mt. Hayes.

'I've never seen anything like it' he began. 'It's like walking into a place I have no familiarity with at all. It's not just something you describe. It's all brand new. There's a desolate open range of mountains.'

McMoneagle perceived a mountainous location with underground tubes and tunnels and ball shaped objects.

'The whole thing is underground and is powered by like an atomic power plant. I have seen something and don't have the rudimentary terms to describe it,' McMoneagle continued. According to McMoneagle 'This is a prototype of something. I don't get an aggressive nature to this target. I don't sense the presence of individuals at the target.'

McMoneagle went on to draw some radio type of intercept things.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program HAARP Array is about 100 miles SE of Mt. Hayes.

'If you ask Joe McMoneagle today about the Mt. Hayes site,' Atwater explained 'he'll say it was more like a radio site or something that NSA would put up there and that he doesn't remember anything about UFOs, so we have an interesting dilemma.' 'All of the drawings and comments support a number of probable possibilities,' McMoneagle said. 'One is underground UFO Bases. The other is an Over-the-Horizon Radar site. Another would be some other form of system like the HAARP which is still classified.'

Star Gate team member Mel Riley, US Army, ret., was given this same target in November, 1986. Riley's introduction to RV happened when an agent on the ground had taken a picture of a piece of military machinery that was completely covered by canvas. He told his comrades that he could draw what was under the canvas.

He proceeded to draw what he pictured and in his terms, the feedback he received was,

"It totally freaked them out".

Immediately thereafter, Mel was asked to go to Ft. Meade. He worked in the unit as a viewer, project officer, monitor, and analyst.

He began with the impression that structure is some sort of UFO.

'A dark figure is seated at a circular control panel, another light figure is in the background,' he viewed. 'The structure is located within a mountain with a large triangular peak with a large lake at the base of the mountain,' Riley recorded.

'There are two people walking outside and two people inside the structure. Inside the structure sits something that looks similar to an organ. The word observing comes to mind. There appears to be some sort of screen or monitor.'

The structure mentioned in the Mt. Hayes session was not a UFO. It was merely a complex located within the mountain. Fortunately I have a copy of the monitor's summary. I will include it here in its entirety.

MR/24NOV86/MT HAYES:
(See sketches), triangular peak, inside domed, cavernous, tunnels, rough, natural, (AOL-like being inside NORAD), two persons outside (unable to make contact with them or gain information of any sort, fossils, music box melody, reminds me of Switzerland: site appears to be a structure located within a mountain which has a triangular peak, there is a large lake at the base of this mountain which is surrounded by high rugged mountains or cliffs, it seems fairly impenetrable, there were two people walking around outside of the structure and two people inside the structure, one of the people inside the structure sat at a circular position which appeared to look similar to an organ because of the keys, buttons and switches (the word "observing" comes to mind), it appeared to be some sort of screen or monitor, but could not make it out clearly, entity at console appears to be human in form but lacks definitive facial features, he seems friendly enough and invited me to observe his actions at the console

The above is complete and verbatum. For this session I was completely blind as to what the target was. I was given only a set of coordinates and asked to describe the location. The coordinates given were the actual latitude/longitude of Mt. Hayes, Alaska.

'The two viewings above are part of others that appear to confirm the existence of these bases. 'I would suspect that given an alternative zero-point field environment, atoms and electrons would combine differently and that process would yield far different intelligent life than we know,' Atwater hypothesized. 'Perhaps that is why physical contact with extraterrestrials is so rare.'

'The answer may be in seeking contact on the mental and spiritual planes beyond the often-narrow confines of physical reality,' he concluded. 'For our presence here is transient and our spiritual existence is timeless.'

Here's information about Pat Price:

While these early experiments with Swann were going on, Puthoff got a call from Pat Price, a retired police officer, offering his services. Price was tested by CIA liaison officer Richard Kennett, who gave him the approximate co-ordinates of his summer cabin in West Virginia. When Price responded with a detailed description of a secret US military underground base, Kennett thought he had failed; but when Kennett drove to his cabin sometime later, he found the location that Price had described was situated nearby. The ’Sugar Grove’ - a National Security Agency (NSA) underground spy satellite, communication and telephone interception centre - had been described perfectly. Price had even named three of the senior officers who worked there.

This generated a very serious DIA probe into Puthoff, Targ and Price. Suspected of being communist spies, the entire project was examined with a fine toothcomb, as the Pentagon did not believe Price could have got such detailed information about the NSA base by psychic means. When no evidence could be found, the heat died down. Price offered to remotely view the Russian counterpart to the NSA base, to soothe the CIA’s discomfiture. He pinpointed the Russian base at Mount Narodnyna in a remote part of the northern Ural Mountains. He described the underground base, its high proportion of female personnel, radar dishes... The CIAwere delighted.

Rivalry developed between Price and Swann, which was made worse by the fact that Price was acknowledged as the better psychic. Such was the power of Price’s remote viewing that he could read numbers and words at the site he was studying. Price was asked by the CIA to remotely view the Semipalatinsk military research facility. He successfully described 60 foot diameter steel spheres and extremely large cranes, constructed with the use of sophisticated welding techniques to seal these nuclear-bomb containers together. Satellite photos showed that Price’s remote viewing was correct. It was assumed the Semipalatinsk complex was developing an exotic high-energy, beam weapon using nuclear explosions to power the proton or neutron beam.

Pat Price’s death in 1975 under mysterious circumstances was highly controversial. It was alleged at the time that the Soviets poisoned Price, most likely with a mycotoxin. It would have been a top priority for theKGB to eliminate Price as his phenomenal remote-viewing abilities would have posed a significant danger to the USSR’s paranormal-warfare build-up. He may also have been the victim of an elite group of Russian psi-agents trained to remotely kill enemies of the Soviet Union. Whatever the true reason, Price, the leading US psi-spy, was probably the first casualty of the inner-space arms race.

Not to be outdone, Swann convinced Puthoff and Targ that he could train anyone to remotely view. The aim was to train military personnel with security clearance, rather than psychics who had none. Swann persuaded military top brass who came to inspect the remote-viewing research to take part by pointing out that the training would enable them to remotely view top-secret files. Intelligence operatives from the CIA(Central Intelligence Agency), DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), NSA (National Security Agency) and other shadowy organizations also came calling. Such was the enthusiasm of the military and intelligence communities that they decided to fund a 20 year top-secret programme to train military remote viewers. This programme was called Stargate.

And here's some background information about Stargate's Joe McMoneagle and Mel Riley:

Joe McMoneagle, In the early 1970's Joe had a Near Death Experience (NDE) that bestowed him with exceptional psychic powers. Widely considered a "natural," Joe has stated that remote viewing ability is predominately determined by innate talent. While many disagree with this statement, it is notable none of his critics seem able to work to the same level as Joe. Joe's definition implies that remote viewing is any psychic undertaking that is performed under scientific protocols.


Mel Riley, Army Sergeant who retired in 1990. Mel is another natural psychic, and was noted for being able to describe what lay under objects in aerial photography. This aroused inconclusive interest in the 1970s. The only viewer to serve two separate tours with the military remote reviewing unit, Mel was first assigned in early 1979, but was later transferred to a conventional intelligence unit in 1981. In mid-1986, he was reassigned as a remote viewer, serving in the RV unit until his retirement in June 1990. Based upon his innate ability, with training in the CRV protocols, Mel quickly became an impressive remote viewer. Mel was featured in the documentary released in 1995 by the BBC titled "The Real X-Files."
